Atelier Patrick Font is the story of a French family business specializing in the production of high-quality fruit juices and nectars. Based in Tartaras, in the countryside near Lyon, Patrick Font took over his parents' farm in 1986 and has turned it into a craft workshop since 1993.
French origins
The area of origin is what makes the juice production special; the hillside cultivation and excellent soil allow the fruits and vegetables to release all their flavors. Priority is given to local fruit because the company is based in an agricultural area rich in fruit and vegetable crops. As for the tropical range, Patrick often visits suppliers abroad to select the best fruits.
Sustainable farming
The selection of fruits and vegetables is based on three main criteria: local origin, variety, and seasonal harvest. Patrick Font's juices and nectars represent authenticity of taste: fruits and vegetables left to ripen in the sun and grown using sustainable agriculture. Fruits are processed during their natural ripening period because the priority is to preserve their properties.
